Greg Moran
Greg Moran is originally from Buffalo, New York, licensed as a Broker since 1990, conducting real estate with a few real estate companies, subsequently joining RE/MAX, where he performed in the top 5% of RE/MAX Realtors nationwide.
It has always been his lifelong dream to someday be able to provide customers with customized and personalized service. As a result of this dream, and the dedication and hard work he strives to provide for his clients, he opened Homes Charlotte in 2004.
He is also a member of the Allegro Foundation which assists in special programs and needs for handicapped children of all ages.

Jamila Lindsay
Jamila Lindsay is from Charlotte, NC and an alumnus of UNC Charlotte, where she was an English/Linguistics major. Being a Charlotte native allows her knowledge of the local market to work for you as you’re relocating to the area, moving across town or purchasing a home for the first time. For the past year, she has worked within the Charlotte metro area with a new home builder. Having worked in the mortgage industry, she possesses a solid understanding of the many loan programs and interest rates, allowing her to assist you in finding the best programs to fit your needs.
Since joining Homes Charlotte, Jamila has built many relationships that enhance the home purchasing process, including working with builders, credit companies and lenders. Whether you’re purchasing for the first time, moving to a different area of town, outgrown your current home, relocating to the area or simply want a new home, Jamila can assist with the entire home purchasing process. It’s her desire to take the stress out of purchasing a home, by being available to give her clients the information that they need to make the right choices.

Brian Taylor
Brian, originally from Wellsville, NY is a graduate of James Madison University with a Business Management Degree. He moved to Charlotte in 1996 to pursue a career in the mortgage and real estate industry. His experiences include mortgage financing, credit repair, and loan programs to fit his clients’ needs.
In 2001 he obtained his Real Estate License. Brian enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. Brian is an avid golfer and football and hockey fan. His passion for helping clients find their dream home, coupled with his knowledge of mortgage financing makes Brian a valuable asset when choosing a real estate agent.

Joaquin Jimenez
Driven by his passion for all things real estate, Joaquin Jimenez’s experience in real estate investments and renovations make him an excellent fit for out team. After his studies at Southern Oregon University, Joaquin’s entrepreneurial spirit drove him to his first real estate investment and renovation. Joaquin moved on to help establish a residential design firm and later gained his licensure for appraisal. His construction and marketing background knowledge enable Joaquin to better understand market values for his buyers and sellers.
Joaquin actively volunteers with the children’s ministry at his church and has adopted the Panthers and Bobcats as his favorite teams to cheer for. He lives in Charlotte with his wife and son.

Morgan Willard
A graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, Morgan majored in history and played varsity tennis all four years. It is at Rhodes that she developed her organizational, selling, and communication skills. Morgan is also an avid Carolina Panther fan. She can be seen on the field of all Panther home games assisting with the half time activities.
Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Morgan’s family has been in the real estate business for over 80 years. Her father is a licensed real estate broker and appraiser. Morgan continues this tradition as a member of the professional staff at Homes Charlotte. She is the office and property manager for Homes Charlotte. Her responsibilities are to insure that Homes Charlotte provides quality service before, during and after the sale.
